BERUFE live 2024 in Detmold

The career guidance fair BERUFE live is not a job fair, but is dedicated entirely to the topic of training and further education. Many pupils from schools in Lippe came to find out about various professions and to get a first impression of which profession suits them best.

There was also the opportunity to make contact with companies and enquire about apprenticeships or internships.

At our stand, future trainees had the opportunity to find out more about the profession of mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology. Our current trainees explained to the pupils what the job involves and what opportunities they have for further training after their apprenticeship. They were also able to try their hand at bending and flanging at the workbench.

Once you have successfully completed your training as a mechatronics' technician for refrigeration technology, you have the opportunity to continue learning and, for example, to consider further training to become a master craftsman or technician.

Refreshment for the pupils

As a little refreshment, the pupils were given a delicious ice cream from Hof Stock at our stand.

On Friday and Saturday (6 and 7 September), pupils were also able to visit BERUFE live and obtain advice from the numerous companies.

The conclusion of this year's BERUFE live was consistently positive. We would like to see it repeated!
