COOL-CARE® - Minimize cooling water consumption

Van der Heijden - Labortechnik GmbH has designed the COOL-CARE® to minimize cooling water consumption in the areas of application mentioned.

The COOL-CARE® can be used without a controller to cool downstream condensers on diaphragm pumps.

The COOL-CARE® works on the principle of a circulation cooler. A cooling unit cools the circulating water or antifreeze mixture in a small plastic container, from which it is extracted by a circulation pump and transported to the unit to be cooled. The tank is filled at the top of the appliance and is easily accessible. The lid can be screwed on.

If it is not necessarily about saving water, but about high temperature constants in a certain temperature range, the COOL-CARE® is also available with a counter-heater.

A wear-free microprocessor control regulates a tank heater and ensures high accuracy of the water outlet temperature. A feed pump with a maximum feed pressure of up to 0.4 bar is possible

This device type is optionally available with a more powerful pump, a lower temperature range (down to 0 °C) and greater stability (± 0.2 °C). Talk to us!
