Returns management
Due to the organisation of our incoming goods department, we would ask you to obtain a returns number from our service team by telephone or e-mail before returning coolers to us.
One returns number is valid for one package.
Please note the returns number on the outside of the packaging and on the shipping documents.
Consignments without a returns number and without shipping documents that we are unable to allocate internally on delivery will initially be stored in our blocked warehouse until the situation has been clarified.
